Thousands of sunflowers will immerse you — Taiwan’s largest sunflower maze debuts in Kaohsiung

The land of Kaohsiung will soon feature what is claimed to be the largest sunflower maze in Taiwan. The Siaolin District Office has planted a sunflower field during the fallow period, and with the bloom season now in full swing, the“Siaolin Sunflower Maze City”will officially open to the public starting the 14th.

The Siaolin District Office has specially planned five major themed flower sea areas this year, and the highly anticipated “Sunflower Maze” is one of them. The office noted that the maze covers approximately 0.6 hectares and takes about 10 minutes to navigate. It also features puzzle challenges to engage visitors’ minds as they wander through the colorful blooms.

In addition, the flower sea area includes attractions like the “Double Luck Gourds,” created using Cosmos flowers to form two large gourd shapes, as well as a series of Mediterranean-themed installations, adding vibrant splashes of color across the district.

The “Siaolin Sunflower Maze City” will be open to the public free of charge from the 14th to the 23rd. On the 14th, the first 400 people who successfully complete the maze challenge will receive a small gift. During the event period, the first 100 maze participants each day can collect a stamp and redeem a free cup of coffee at 7-Eleven convenience stores.Take advantage of the holiday to stroll through the flower-filled fields and enjoy a refreshing baptism of spring vitality.
