The sky-high bar INGE’S on the 20th floor offers sweeping views of the entire Greater Taipei area. To ensure guests enjoy the coolest and most relaxing drinking experience, the hotel has invited world-class female mixology royalty and master bartenders for a luxurious cocktail feast.

The bar night spans two consecutive evenings. On the first night, internationally acclaimed female bartender LAUREN MOTE—who won the “Bartender of the Year” title at Diageo World Class—will be making a limited-time guest appearance in Taiwan. She’ll craft cocktails that deliver a floating-on-clouds sensation using her signature smoked whiskey infused with aromatic herbs and rum, or playfully reinterpret Hong Kong’s classic chocolate malt drink with creative ice sphere cocktails. The second night will feature mixology trendsetter ANTONIO LAI, known for his innovative molecular mixology and dominance in Hong Kong’s bar scene. He’ll serve up a selection of seductively flavorful cocktails made with his own brand of bitters, giving everyone a taste of a luxurious, tipsy night.
