Party all night long at Universal Studios Japan’s 2018 New Year’s Eve event – unlimited rides for 26 hours!

With only four months left until the end of the year, have you planned your 2017–2018 New Year’s itinerary yet? To mark the end of the year, Universal Studios Japan is launching the “Universal New Year’s Party 2018.” In addition to spectacular fireworks and an outdoor stage, the park will stay open all night from 7:00 PM on December 31 to 9:00 PM on January 1. Popular attractions such as Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey and Flight of the Hippogriff will be available for unlimited rides during these 26 hours!

Universal Studios Japan’s “Universal New Year’s Party 2018” kicks off at 7:00 PM on December 31 and runs until 2:00 AM on January 1, 2018. The party features thrilling fireworks displays and popular performances on the outdoor stage, along with dazzling light and sound effects. The mischievous Minions will put on a wild celebration beyond visitors’ imagination, offering a one-of-a-kind experience for the year. However, please note that entry to the Universal New Year’s Party is only permitted for guests who purchase a “Party Admission Ticket.”

Additionally, Universal Studios Japan is introducing a “26-Hour Unlimited Rides on Super Popular Attractions” campaign for this New Year’s celebration. From 7:00 PM on December 31 to 9:00 PM on January 1, 2018, the park will operate continuously for 26 hours, allowing unlimited rides on super-popular attractions including the newly opened Minion Mayhem, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, Flight of the Hippogriff, Hollywood Dream – The Ride, and Spider-Man The Ride 4K3D.

For those not attending the Universal New Year’s Party 2018, general admission tickets allow entry starting at 2:00 AM on January 1, 2018. You can enjoy the park from midnight into the early morning and welcome the first sunrise of the new year together with Universal Studios Japan.
