Deepening Presence in the Chinese Market: Vietjet to Launch Flights to Hangzhou and Kunming

Vietnam’s low-cost carrier “Vietjet Air” announced in Beijing on the 8th that it will launch new routes between China and Vietnam and actively expand flight services between the two countries. Vietjet stated that it has submitted route planning applications to the transportation authorities of both China and Vietnam, including flights from Vietnamese cities such as Nha Trang and Da Nang to Chinese destinations like Hangzhou and Kunming. Travelers will have more diverse options in the future.
Vietjet also noted that, for the Taiwanese market, in addition to currently operating flights five days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday) between Ho Chi Minh City and Taipei, it is actively planning new routes from Kaohsiung and Taichung to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
