The Ultra Black Wagyu offered this time by Taipei Garden Hotel’s Prime One Steak House comes from the Snake River Farm in the United States. It is raised on entirely natural feed such as barley, golden wheat straw, alfalfa hay, and local potatoes, with absolutely no growth-promoting hormones used. The steak is prepared by searing the Snake River Farm Ultra Black Wagyu with acacia and longan wood charcoal to create grill marks, then placed in a smoking box and smoked with walnut wood to retain juiciness, followed by warming. Before serving, the surface of the meat is finished with high heat in an oven to achieve a rich sear.

The menu includes “Ribeye Steak 10oz” at NT$3,880 + 10%, “Gourmet Steak 6oz (Premium Grade)” at NT$3,680 + 10%, and “New York Strip Steak 6oz (Premium Grade)” at NT$3,280 + 10%.
