Ashé Dry Noodles Launches New Product: Ultimate Sauce Mix Noodles with Generous Portions and Upgraded Sauce

Ashé Cafeteria’s Guanmiao Noodles, launched in 2016 (last year), achieved great success. This year (2017), it has introduced a brand-new product, “Ultimate Sauce Mix Noodles,” marking Ashé’s first dry mix noodles with larger portions and an upgraded sauce. Each pack is priced at NT$35.

The Ultimate Sauce Mix Noodles feature an increased noodle portion paired with a rich, multi-layered, and deeply flavorful sauce. The noodles are 20% larger than previous products, and the sauce is a significant upgrade from those offered by Ashé in the past. This new version of the sauce is much richer—the Douban Old Sauce flavor is made with specially selected douban paste combined with Ashé’s unique proprietary recipe, along with traditional fried shallots. The Spicy and Numbing flavor uses a specially made chili sauce with fragrant Sichuan peppercorns, offering a spicy yet numbing taste.
