April and May are the best times to admire tung blossoms. Changhua County has specially launched the “2012 Hakka Tung Blossom Festival ~ Blooming Fun in Baguashan” from April 21 to May 6. A series of related activities will be held across the county from north to south, including eight major tung blossom viewing spots and seven major tung blossom hiking trails.
