Groups of 30 or more can make reservations to enjoy a selection of grilled delicacies prepared by the hotel’s five-star culinary team, featuring a mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, including: chicken liver mousse with mango salad, assorted kebabs, pork tenderloin with herb butter, charcoal-grilled soft-shell crab with garlic mayonnaise, pineapple mousse, and nearly 30 other dishes. “Soluna All-Day Dining Restaurant” – Weekday Lunch Prices Reduced by 23% Starting June 3

With recent increases in ingredient and raw material costs, as seen in this year’s Dragon Boat Festival zongzi prices, Soluna-All Day Dining, renowned across Taiwan for its “Unlimited Boston Lobster Buffet,” has been running its “Soluna Star Feature” weekday signature dish promotion since April 2014, winning praise from food lovers. In response to many self-service restaurants raising their prices, Taiyuan Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel has chosen to lower its weekday lunch price from the original NT$1,280 to NT$980—a 23% discount—starting June 3. The hotel stated that despite the significant price reduction, the menu remains uncompromised, with the “Soluna Star Feature” weekday signature dishes still available. For example, diners who visit on a Tuesday lunch will still receive a complimentary air-flown “Philippine Steamed Giant Grouper” for every four guests, offering both a taste of something new and great savings.
