The fashion mall Taipei Main Station introduced multiple gourmet stalls this spring, including “one of Japan’s top six conveyor belt sushi” chains, Sushiro, which officially opened on March 9. The Taipei Main Station location has a total of 118 seats, covering approximately 200 ping (about 660 square meters), and features the largest number of conveyor belt counter seats in any Taiwan branch, as well as the longest conveyor belt lane at 58.6 meters. Every counter seat offers a direct view of chefs preparing sushi fresh on-site, delivering a satisfying visual feast of authentic Japanese cuisine for all diners.

Sushiro’s sushi plates are priced between NT$40 and NT$188, with eight color-coded tiers and seven different price points. The Taipei Main Station branch is also the first to exclusively unveil its spring menu, featuring a variety of fresh dishes such as grilled madai sea bream with yuzu salt, thinly sliced beef hot pot, and sakura shrimp chawanmushi.
