Notice on Postponing the 22nd China (Beijing) International RV & Camping Exhibition
Dear exhibitors, friends both new and old from the RV community, RV camping enthusiasts, and visitors to the exhibition:
Thank you for your years of attention and support for the 20th China Beijing International RV & Camping Exhibition and the 25th China International RV & Camping Conference. Recently, outbreaks of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus infection have occurred in multiple regions including Wuhan, Hubei Province. An unexpected battle without gunfire has arrived.
The epidemic is an order, and prevention and control are responsibilities. The whole nation is currently fighting against the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak. Winning the battle of epidemic prevention and control is the most important and urgent task at present. In this fight, there are those who go against the tide, those who transport supplies, those who build, and those who protect. We firmly implement the national call, follow the Party’s command, hold onto hope, and believe that once we win this battle, everything will get better.
During this extraordinary period of the epidemic, after communication and confirmation with relevant government departments and the RV Committee of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the Organizing Committee has decided to postpone the 20th China (Beijing) International RV & Camping Exhibition and the 25th China International RV & Camping Conference, originally scheduled to be held from March 11–16, 2020, at the RV World · Beijing RV Expo Center.
The China (Beijing) International RV & Camping Exhibition brings together outdoor brands, parts suppliers, partners, and service providers in the RV and camping industry from across the country and around the world. Each exhibition attracts around 130,000 participants including exhibitors, friends both new and old from the RV community, RV camping enthusiasts, and visitors. Although we had great expectations for 2020 and made many careful preparations and arrangements for on-site services and related events, at this special time, we do not wish to see any exhibitor, friend from the RV community, RV camping enthusiast, or visitor take on any health risks due to this gathering, nor do we want to see the possibility of further spread of the epidemic.
In the process of fighting the epidemic, there have been sudden misfortunes, unexpected warmth, and enduring hope. It has also led us to think more deeply. Our mission is: to let Chinese people enjoy the beautiful life of RV camping. We are also more determined in our belief—to unite as one, help each other, and work together. We believe that the future of the RV industry will surely embrace a brighter tomorrow.
We look forward to reuniting with all exhibitors, friends both new and old from the RV community, RV camping enthusiasts, and visitors. The Organizing Committee will also properly implement all safeguard measures for the postponement to ensure that the impact on the exhibition is minimized. We will adjust the exhibition date according to national policies and guidance from relevant departments, and will announce the final date to everyone as soon as it is confirmed.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please stay tuned for our updates, and we kindly ask for your understanding and support.
Amid the epidemic, please stay safe—wear masks when going out, wash hands frequently, and disinfect regularly. The Organizing Committee will join hands with everyone to overcome these challenging times together.
Finally, we wish all exhibitors, friends both new and old from the RV community, RV camping enthusiasts, and visitors good health and happiness for you and your families.
