Taiwan can also enjoy a maple forest！Narui Chabou, a century-old matcha brand from Uji, transformed its Songshan Station flagship store on October 1st into a Kyoto maple forest, allowing customers to experience the crisp autumn pleasures of tea at the shop. Narui has also launched new seasonal products in collaboration with Japan, using representative autumn Japanese ingredients “creamy sweet chestnuts” and “premium sweet potatoes,” combined with popular matcha, to give a seasonal makeover to lattes and sundaes. This allows everyone to enjoy Narui’s authentic autumn “maple” flavors without leaving the country.

The Anmitsu dessert in the Autumn Narui set is a traditional Japanese sweet passed down since the Meiji era, now revamped into an autumn-limited version. With a black sugar mochi base, it features popular toppings “matcha warabi mochi and mochi pearls” along with autumn ingredients “chestnuts and sweet potatoes,” and is finished with golden snowflake flakes and maple leaf jelly for double the seasonal charm.

In early November, the Songshan Station flagship store will host an autumn maple tea party, inviting customers to experience the joy of matcha firsthand. The event will also feature Japanese Yoshimoto Kogyo comedian “Manzai Shounen” joining Narui fans in Taiwan for a delightful autumn maple “Narui” time.
