Crystal Plaza Shopping Mall has introduced flagship stores of international sports brands, 3C products, and large-scale themed venues for well-known sports brands on floors 1 to 3—the largest of their kind in Taiwan. It also features French brand fashion stores and local cultural and creative industries. Floors 12 and 13 house various themed restaurants, while the B2 level is dedicated to food court-style eateries. Additionally, themed around Jimmy’s picture book "Little Butterfly and Little Cape," the "Forest of Happy Glows" installation brings a touch of Jimmy’s world to life, and the first-floor square includes a "Planet Dream Garden." These elements allow visitors who come here to park or shop to experience the happiness brought by Jimmy Liao’s works.

In recent years, Hsinchu has seen a surge in cultural and creative events and attractions. This Jimmy installation art, titled "Jimmy's Dream World," including "Little Butterfly and Little Cape" representing taking flight "with the wind of Hsinchu," helps invigorate the area around Hsinchu Railway Station and fosters a more culturally rich environment suitable for living and leisure.
