A popular handcrafted drink shop called “Tiger Sugar,” which officially opened in the Taichung Yizhong Commercial Area last November, is famous for its unique method of hand-roasting black sugar, which is then poured along the rim of the cup to create a “tiger-stripe” visual effect — a striking sight at this well-known beverage spot.
