Taiwan’s Five Major Theme Parks Offer Military Appreciation Discounts to Celebrate Armed Forces Day

September 3rd is Armed Forces Day, and September is also recognized as Military Appreciation Month. In celebration, five major theme parks across Taiwan have introduced exclusive discounted tickets for military personnel and related groups, with entry as low as NT$199. These special rates are designed to reward the hard work of service members by inviting them to relax and unwind in the parks and relieve stress!

1. Leofoo Village Theme Park

Leofoo Village offers an exclusive “Play All Day for NT$199” deal for military personnel. Throughout the entire month of September—weekdays and holidays alike—active-duty military, retired veterans, and military employees can all enjoy the NT$199 discount rate. Military academy students or staff can enter for just NT$299, while accompanying family and friends can join for NT$599. Additionally, on Armed Forces Day (September 3rd), military personnel who wear their uniforms and present valid military ID can enter for free!

※ Notes: Up to three accompanying family or friends, this offer is limited to the individual, valid photo ID required on the day, from September 1–16 during Leofoo Water Park operating hours, you can upgrade to a combo water & land ticket for an additional NT$100.

 
2. Lihpao Land

During Military Appreciation Month, Lihpao Land has launched special discounts exclusively for military personnel and teachers. Option one allows either the Explorer Land or the Mazu Bay Water Park, with NT$199 for the individual and NT$450 for accompanying family or friends. Option two gives a discounted NT$150 ticket for the Sky Dream Ferris Wheel, with NT$250 for companions.

※ Notes: Military personnel and teachers must present military or teaching credentials to receive the discount, up to four accompanying family or friends, Lihpao Land will be closed for annual maintenance on September 3rd.
 
 
3. Janfusun Fancyworld

From September 1st to 3rd, Janfusun Fancyworld is offering anyone wearing a green or camouflage top upon entry a discounted ticket price of NT$299, with accompanying family or friends only paying NT$399. Additionally, Janfusun is also launching a “Birthday in September” promotion where birthday guests can enjoy a water and land combo ticket for just NT$299—but they must be accompanied by at least one other person purchasing a ticket on-site to qualify for the NT$299 rate.
