Shanghai, April 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The DMC2015 China International Manufacturing Technology, Equipment & Mould Exhibition will be held from May 25 to 28, 2015, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Pudong.At the DMC2015 China International Die & Mould Exhibition, to be held in Shanghai from May 25 to 28, 2015, the organizing committee has transformed Hall W1 into an “Automotive Mould Pavilion” focused on China’s automotive parts manufacturing.
The new edition of DMC2015 covers a record-breaking exhibition area of 60,000 square meters in a single year. The overall layout of the five halls (W1–W5) has been clearly defined: Hall W1 will focus on automotive moulds, Hall W2 will be the Comprehensive Moulds Hall, Hall W3 will feature precision equipment, 3D additive manufacturing, cutting tools, forming equipment, and measuring instruments, while Halls W4 and W5 will host the International Precision Equipment & Technology Pavilion. The exhibition has received strong support from over 30 local mould associations and mould industry clusters across the country, as well as domestic and international industry organizations. It is expected that more than 40 exhibitor groups will participate in DMC2015.
The rapid development of China’s automotive industry has driven long-term growth in the automotive mould sector. With the introduction of more new vehicle models, the application of lightweight automotive technology in moulds, and the development of moulds for luxury and energy-efficient vehicles, an increasing number of components are being localized and produced domestically. At the DMC2015 China International Die & Mould Exhibition, to be held in Shanghai from May 25 to 28, 2015, the organizing committee has created the W1 Hall as an “Automotive Mould Pavilion” centered on China’s automotive parts manufacturing. This pavilion will gather over 300 of China’s top automotive mould manufacturers, including FAW Mould, Tianjin Motor Dies, Dongfeng Mould & Die, YINBAO SHANXIN, Saic-Lizhi, Ruihu, JAC Fuzhen, Push, Yisen, Kaihua, Saihao, and others. Exhibits will showcase innovations in automotive stamping moulds, plastic moulds, die-casting moulds, large outer panel moulds, progressive dies, multi-cavity and multi-component dies, in-mould embedded intelligent dies, high-efficiency moulds, surface technologies for automotive interior and exterior moulds, automation technologies for automotive electronic moulds, and the development and application of rapid and economical moulds. Products and technologies such as automated stamping lines and integrated manufacturing of automotive parts moulds and forming lines embody the theme of the exhibition. The hot stamping mould forming production line by Xugong Forging Press and Dongguan Zhongtai Moulds will demonstrate integrated forming and manufacturing technologies. The exhibition will offer a diverse range of displays, including integrated white-body solutions for moulds, inspections, and fixtures, as well as forming technologies for lightweight materials..Hall W2 – the Comprehensive Moulds Hall – will also fully showcase China’s latest technologies and advanced products in plastic and electronic moulds,guiding the development direction of intelligent mould manufacturing.
