-- Passenger feedback will help determine which airlines offer the best passenger experience
New York, May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- If you've recently traveled by air, your opinion can help determine which airlines should be honored for the passenger experience they deliver. The Passenger Choice Awards, widely regarded as the industry’s most prestigious accolade and based on real passenger feedback, are awarded annually. Now, the Passenger Choice Awards invite passengers from around the world to rate their experiences through an online survey.
The Passenger Choice Awards aim to allow passengers to share their opinions about the flying experience with the airline industry, providing valuable and candid passenger perspectives. Participants will rate airlines based on ground experience, cabin comfort, entertainment options, connectivity, and more. Passengers can visitMay 1 to June 30to complete a customizable survey, which they can take as many times as they wish.
Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) Executive Director Russ Lemieux said: “Each survey is scientifically designed by The Nielsen Company, the global leader in consumer data, to score airlines based on actual performance worldwide. Airlines that participate not only receive direct feedback from passengers, but the surveys submitted and the resulting awards also motivate them to make every possible improvement to enhance the passenger experience.”
Winners will be announced at the annual APEX Awards Ceremony this fall, with this year’s event taking place on September 28 in Portland, Oregon, USA. Finalists will be determined by passenger feedback, and APEX members will decide the award recipients. OnBoard International is the translation sponsor of the 2015 Passenger’s Choice Awards.
