Organized by Youyewang and sponsored by Reima, the "Reima" Cup "Second Generation of Outdoor Families" Fun Run commenced on the eve of Children's Day, attracting more than 30 families. In addition to the run, the event featured a name-tag tearing contest, jigsaw puzzles, and a children’s outdoor safety talk. The 5-kilometer run champion was the child with the ID "Red Flame Hero." Notably, this young athlete also achieved 36th place in a 10-kilometer timed race held on the 30th, finishing in under one hour.
At 9:30 AM, the name-tag tearing activity kicked off first, fully engaging the children while also serving as a warm-up for the run. The event was organized by staff from Youyewang and China Youth, creating a lively atmosphere.
At 10:00 AM, the 5-kilometer fun run began, with over 20 families sprinting onto the track after the countdown, enjoying the scenic views of Olympic Forest Park while completing the race. Eventually,more than half of the familiessuccessfully finished the race.Additionally, during the run, there was a WeChat "like"-collecting activity, which was overwhelmingly won by "Mammoth Through History" with an impressive 131 likes.
Outdoor experts from the Reima brand also interacted with parents and children on-site, giving talks on children's outdoor safety to raise awareness about safe practices during outdoor activities.
The final segment was a puzzle game, where children formed five groups to complete the challenge quickly.
After the award ceremony, all the parents and children present received various prizes.
As the children of the first generation of outdoor enthusiasts grow up, the population of the "second generation of outdoor families" has surged. At the same time, parents’ expectations for their children’s well-rounded development have also risen. The outdoor industry has expanded to include minors, and there is hope that children’s outdoor activities will develop in a healthy and orderly manner, allowing kids to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.
