1: Registration Guidelines
1. Applicants must be citizens aged 18 or above;
2. Upload one exquisite original photo taken during your travels, along with a short caption. A brief travel story is even better;
3. The travel story and registration photo submitted by applicants must be original works.
4. After successful registration, please be sure to remember your registration number, and you may notify your friends to vote using your number.
2: Selection Rules
1. We will conduct a public vote on all travel experience scout registrations. The top 10 highest-voted applicants will be selected for this free trip. Selected individuals will be contacted by staff to confirm itinerary and travel details, and sign a contract.
2. This activity is completely free of charge, covering round-trip airfare to Hulunbuir, local transportation, accommodation, meals, tour guide fees, and entrance tickets to all scenic spots on the itinerary. (Air tickets are temporarily to be purchased individually, with nationwide departure points and assembly in Hulunbuir).
3. Within 10 days after the end of the trip, each travel experience scout must submit required travel notes, reviews, and photos. Upon providing proof of purchase for the round-trip air tickets, they will receive a cash reimbursement of the same amount.
4. All eligible applicants and voters can participate in the lottery. After the registration date ends, please visit our lottery page before July 24 to draw more great prizes!The list of winners will be announced on HowToTrip’s WeChat official accounts (HowToTrip, zoubawang) and we will contact you to send out your prizes.
3: Notes
1. The free in-depth tour of the Hulunbuir Grassland is expected to depart on July 29, lasting about 8–10 days. Please ensure you are available to travel between the end of July and early August.
2. All prizes must be claimed by the applicants themselves and cannot be transferred or converted into cash. Winners will be announced on the forum and via WeChat on July 24. Winners must reply according to the requirements in the winning notification within 24 hours. If no reply is received by then, the prize will be transferred to another lucky winner, and so on.
3. All text and photos required for this activity must not be plagiarized from others’ works. Once plagiarism is detected, participants will be disqualified. Any disputes arising from plagiarism will be the responsibility of the individual.
4. HowToTrip will not disclose any personal information or privacy you provide.
5. HowToTrip (www.zouba.cn) reserves the final right of interpretation for this activity.
4: Prize Showcase
First Prize: One night's stay at a hotel in Hulunbuir valued between 558 and 860 RMB. The prize-winning hotels are located in Shiwei and Manzhouli, randomly drawn, with a total of 50 available.
: Second Prize: One box of Canadian natural health snacks "Maple Taste" valued at 268 RMB, with a total of 200 available.
: Third Prize: One entry ticket to a Hulunbuir scenic spot valued between 20 and 160 RMB. The prize options are:
1. Eerguna Genhe Wetland entrance ticket + electric vehicle;
2. Moridaga National Forest Park entrance ticket;
3. Grassland scenic area entrance ticket;
