Last updated 2026-11-08 — Honestly, after nearly two months of daily promotions for Asia Outdoor Expo events, even this old bomb-dropper is starting to feel numb in the hands and ears from the barrage of info. Honestly, if I don’t share the “stroll-eat-sip” perks of the Asia Outdoor Expo at this point, I’d be doing myself a disservice. 01 How to get to the venue...

Honestly, after nearly two months of daily “bombardments” promoting Asia Outdoor Expo events, even this little “bomber” editor is about to shake and go deaf from the frequency. Honestly, if I don’t explain the “stroll-eat-sip” features of the Asia Outdoor Expo at this point, I’d really be letting myself down.

01 How to get to the venue?

From July 23rd to 26th, whether you’re coming from Earth or Mars to the Asia Outdoor Expo, your friendly editor will be there at the venue — next to Nanjing International Expo Center, at the metro station — to give you a big warm welcome. You can get there via Metro Line 2 or Line 10.Yuantong Station.

Walking to the venue (just a short stroll):Exit 4 of Yuantong Station. Walk south and you’ll see exhibition signs guiding the way (no sense of direction needed at all). This route leads to the North Gate of the venue (Gate 3 on the map), and the nearest visitor registration desk is at the corridor connecting Hall 4.

Shuttle bus to the venue:Exit 1 of Yuantong Station. All-day shuttle buses will whisk you straight to the East Gate of the venue (Gate 6 on the map), and the nearest visitor registration desk is at the corridor connecting Hall 7.

02 How to get your badge and enter?

● Visitors who already have an admission badge: You can swipe your card directly at any hall entrance to enter and visit.

● Barcode number exchange for a badge: Visitors who have pre-registered successfully on the official website can exchange their ID barcode number + personal business card for a free visitor badge at the registration desks in Hall 4 or Hall 7.

● Purchase an entry ticket: Visitors who failed to pre-register need to buy a ticket on-site. Price: 50 RMB per person.

03 Where to park??

The venue has three parking lots: ● P1 Parking Lot near the East Gate of the venue, enter from Gate 8 on the map; ● P2 Parking Lot at the intersection of Jiangdong Middle Road and Jinshajiang West Street, enter from Gate 7 on the map; ● P3 Parking Lot north of Jinling Convention Center (only open to vehicles with VIP parking permits).

04 Where to store luggage?

At the north side of the corridor at the entrance of Hall 5, the expo provides free luggage storage service.

05 Information Desk

Each exhibition hall (Halls 4, 5, 6, and 7) has an information desk at the entrance: providing all kinds of expo-related inquiries; the service points also offer free Wi-Fi, computer equipment, and self-service drinking water.

06 Free Wi-Fi

● A-WiFi: Available throughout the entire venue, but only for mobile phones and tablets (laptops cannot use A-WiFi); ● WiFi: Free WiFi is available in the dining and tent areas of each exhibition hall, as well as at the information desks mentioned in NO.4 and the visitor registration desks at the corridors of Halls 4 and 7.

07 Time to start strolling, eating, and sipping...

● Inside the halls: At the very back of Halls 4, 5, and 6, there are dining areas: Candlelight Western Restaurant and Paris Baguette in Hall 4; Tengmei Dutch-style Western Restaurant in Hall 5; Sweet Taste in Hall 6.

● Outside the halls: Sweet Taste between Halls 4 and 5; McDonald’s, Pao De Kuai, Nanjing Zheng Yi Huo, and Subida between Halls 5 and 6; Brioche Pasquier French Pastry and Sweet Taste between Halls 6 and 7.

● Sipping: On the first day of the expo, Guoke Bar will host the BTR “Crazy Run” Beer Party at Booth 6.1700 in Hall 6. All fun-loving visitors are welcome to come and enjoy some beer.

*Extra bonus alert: Free chilled drinks!*

The most heartwarming thing at the Asia Outdoor Expo is here. The most comforting words in the sweltering heat might just be “Free Chilled Drinks.” The Asia Outdoor Expo has teamed up with “Sweet Taste” to offer a “heat relief essential — plum juice,” which you can get for free at any Sweet Taste dining outlet inside the venue.

08 Friendly Tip: First Aid Station

The medical room is located in the connecting corridor on the north side of Hall 4, and there is an emergency medical kit at the information desk at the entrance of each exhibition hall—after all, comfort must be built on a foundation of safety.   Lastly~ and allow your editor to (lao) kindly (dao) attach the floor plan for all exhibition halls here. It’s absolutely authoritative, so you guys can go ahead and bookmark it without hesitation—you’re welcome!

In addition to products from major brands, Hall 4 also has a water sports section. Besides that, the Happy Tea House, running zone, and several popular activity areas are also located here!

The gathering place for big-name brands is right here in Hall 5. The much-anticipated Youth Outdoor Zone is also located here!

Hall 6 is mainly home to the climbing area and the outdoor club house. You can rest assured—the Dry Climbing Competition is held in this hall!

The legendary “tent area” is primarily located in Hall 7. Everything you can think of—or not—and have seen or haven’t seen—tents of all kinds are available here.
