The chic dessert spot Agnès b. CAFÉ has introduced several new cakes this year, made daily with premium French ingredients. The selection includes new French-style éclairs and five cakes, all with a reduced-sugar formula for a lighter, more refreshing taste that delights every dessert lover.

Among the eye-catching new fruit-themed creations is the “Mango Vanilla Mousse Cake,” which features a striking design. Inspired by molecular gastronomy, it uses imported French fruit purée to showcase mango in various forms. When sliced, the cake reveals a rich flow of mango purée, paired with vanilla sponge cake for a fresh and tangy delight.

Another highlight is the “Lychee Rose Fruit Tart,” where the first bite delivers an aromatic burst from the lychee rose custard filling. Made with freshly brewed lychee rose tea blended into the custard and using seasonal fresh fruits, its fragrant appeal makes it especially popular with women. Meanwhile, the “French Lemon Tart” uses a family recipe from Madame Agnès, combining different lemon varieties with the aroma of lime and the tartness of lemon to deliver a classic, refreshing taste.
