The Linkou Mitsui OUTLET has set up a Japanese-style cherry blossom garden in the central plaza since February 15. The hyper-realistic cherry blossom grove has attracted many visitors for photos and check-ins. Recently, they’ve added a nighttime light show for an even more magical experience. The Japanese-style cherry blossom garden in the outdoor central plaza of MITSUI OUTLET PARK Linkou has launched a limited-time “Night Sakura – Delicate Petals” light show. From now until May 12, the show starts every evening at 6 PM. On-site, pink light beams combined with dynamic cherry blossom light petals transform the entire central plaza into an ultra-feminine pink sakura world, adding a special charm to the original Japanese-style cherry blossom garden.

During the holiday period, the Japanese-style cherry blossom garden will also host a fresh music concert, featuring performances by various bands with light and refreshing musical styles. Multiple food brands on-site will also launch takeaway-friendly light meals, all recommended as the perfect sweet treats for cherry blossom viewing. You might want to bring along popular snacks from the mall and enjoy them with friends in the Japanese cherry blossom garden. There’s also a Children’s Day event: from now until April 25, present a receipt with a single purchase of NT$3,000 or more to exchange for a limited daily yukata experience at the Benetton photo booth on the first-floor hexagon plaza. On April 4 (Thu) and 5 (Fri), there will also be a special kendama activity, representing traditional Japanese toys. Kendama masters will be on-site to demonstrate skills, and both kids and adults are welcome to take on the challenge.

In addition, MITSUI OUTLET PARK Taichung Port is joining the sakura season festivities. From now until May 12, the largest indoor realistic cherry blossom grove in central Taiwan will be set up on the first-floor indoor plaza, allowing you to shop while enjoying dreamy pink sakura.
