1.Xinglong Garden.
Xinglong Garden, located at an altitude of 200 meters in Changbin Township, Taitung, offers a spectacular 180-degree view where you can take in the beauty of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding coastal scenery. The garden also features vibrant seasonal flower fields, earning it the nickname “Changbin’s Sky Garden.”

2.Jialulan Rest Area
Adjacent to the Little Yehliu Scenic Area, Jialulan Recreation Area boasts beautiful natural scenery. During the day, you can gaze at the majestic mountains and sea, and at night, marvel at the vast expanse of starry skies. Covering approximately 3.2 hectares, the area features rugged driftwood sculptures and lush grasslands, making it a must-visit destination for travelers exploring the East Coast.

3.Rikkyo Shrine
Rikkyo Shrine, a non-ranked shrine originally built in the Japanese colonial period in 1923, was once the village shrine of Longtian. It enshrines the Three Gods of Development (Ōkuninushi, Sukunabikona, and Ōmononushi) and Prince Kitashirakawa Yoshihisa. Constructed through the joint efforts of Japanese immigrants in Rikkyo Village, it is the first shrine in Taiwan built using a collaborative approach between Taiwanese and Japanese craftsmen. The architecture is simple, consisting mainly of the main hall, torii gate, and purification pavilion.

4.Duli Beach
Duli, which means “to tie or weave something securely” in the Amis language, is a traditional coastal area recently discovered as a hidden gem by netizens. Once a secluded, pristine beach, it has attracted more visitors due to online attention. To preserve this beautiful hidden treasure, it’s essential to protect the coastal ecosystem and avoid littering, ensuring the sustainability of this stunning natural environment.
