Spring Travel Subsidy Exceeds NT$500 with Additional Draw for Stay Certificates at Four Top-Tier Hotels

New Taipei City’s Tourism Bureau, following the launch of the “Spring Travel Independent Tour Subsidy Program” on April 1, has introduced the “Into Spring – Spring Travel Group Tour Subsidy Program” from April 25 to June 30.

In addition to basic subsidies such as a daily maximum of NT$500 per traveler from licensed travel agencies, with a maximum total subsidy of NT$30,000 per group, the program also offers three exclusive limited-edition gifts that exceed the standards of other major cities.

Starting in late June, weekly lucky draws will be held, giving all spring travel group and independent travelers visiting New Taipei—ages 0 to 100—a chance to win stay certificates for “twin rooms, double rooms, and triple rooms” at four top-tier hotels: Hilton, Fleur de Chine, Caesar Park, and Dabageng Forest Hot Spring Hotel.

 

The highlight of this subsidy program is “generous gifts, immersive experiences, and strong ties to New Taipei.” “Generous gifts” means that participants who complete their group tours by June 30 can log in to the official website starting May 15 to submit basic information and select from over 20 certified New Taipei gift vendors to receive a “Warm Hospitality Gift” worth NT$300 each, with a limited quantity of 7,000 available.

“Immersive experiences” refers to the opportunity for travel agencies to apply online starting April 25 for a free “Themed Experience Tour Upgrade Gift” worth NT$500, which includes one of 15 options to be incorporated into travelers’ itineraries. Limited to 7,000 recipients, these include experiences such as the Danlan Ancient Trail, local youth agriculture and fisheries, and unique cultural and artistic activities.
