1. Danongdafu Plain Forest Park Area
This is the earliest place in the country where you can see fireflies and also the largest and most easily accessible firefly-viewing forest in Taiwan. The entire forest park offers different scenery and plant ecology throughout the four seasons, making it perfect for families and parent-child groups to come and enjoy the charm of nature.

2. Tainan Parent-Child Container Park
Located next to Yongda Night Market in Tainan, the Tainan Container Park covers an area of 640 pyeong and is stacked from 40 container units. The park is divided into four major zones: an education center, an architectural design center, a children’s playground, and a food street.
The children’s playground, which is the highlight of the parent-child theme, features activities such as rope adventure courses, go-karts, spinning slides, grass sledding slopes, grass climbing walls, and 3D mazes, allowing kids to freely engage in safe activities that help build muscles and develop balance.

3. Bambi Hills and Zoo

In addition to Taipei’s Muzha Zoo, Kaohsiung’s Shoushan Zoo, Tainan’s Wild West Indoor Playground, Leofoo Village Theme Park, Hualien Ocean Park, Penghu Marine Museum, and Pingtung’s National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium where you can observe wildlife and animals, Bambi Hills is also a spot where you can interact with deer.
