The name “Fishbone Man” originates from the founder’s hometown—Yuchi in Nantou. Initially, the egg cakes were paired with Vespa scooters, starting out as a mobile food truck concept.

The founder’s concept for Fishbone Man stems from nostalgia for the flavors of childhood, aiming to combine Yuchi’s black tea with egg cakes. This allows everyone to enjoy delicious egg cakes while also learning more about Yuchi Township.

From its origins as a mobile food truck to now, Fishbone Man has established sales points in Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Boston, and more, totaling 16 locations. It has not only expanded across Taiwan but also begun reaching international markets.
