Moomin Café celebrates its 2nd anniversary with 18 adorable new dishes and exclusive birthday promotions!

Moomin Café, the Moomin-themed restaurant, has officially celebrated its second anniversary in Taiwan. Not only have the menu items been refreshed with 18 brand-new dishes to tempt fans' taste buds, but from July 7th onwards, the “Lucky 7” series of celebratory events will be held. There will also be many new Japanese imports, popular items, and limited-edition collaborations hitting the shelves—ushering in a new wave of adorable offerings sure to charm Moomin fans.

For its second anniversary, the café has launched 18 new dishes, including desserts, themed meals, main courses, pasta, and risotto.

In celebration of Father’s Day,Moomin Caféwill offer a limited-time “Dad Moomin-Themed Drink” all month long—it’s a hidden gem you can’t usually get.For Valentine’s Day on Qixi,8starting from3this month, diners who check in and post photos will receive one “Moomin in Love Commemorative Card.”(Limited quantity available, while supplies last.)


A major event in August at Moomin Happy Valley is8World Moomin Day on9this month. To celebrate, Moomin Café is launching a specialHappy Moomin 8promotion where anyone whose birthday or ID number contains8will enjoy a discount—whether using the Gregorian or ROC calendar for birth year counts.8From10to11, limited-edition lucky bags will be available. All items inside are imported from Japan and areworth about3times the selling price.

The new “Moomin Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Cheese Cake” features an adorable Moomin design. Its snow-white, velvety fresh cheese cake melts in your mouth, paired with chewy brown sugar pearls, blending rich dairy flavors with the sweetness of brown sugar. But the cute factor isn’t the only highlight—the café has also introduced new dishes such as chicken and wild mushroom risotto with porcini, Caesar salad, and tableside service with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.

This year’s menu introduces even more creative elements. “Pan-Seared Sea Bass with French White Wine Sauce” takes a healthy approach—the delicate sea bass is served with fitness-friendly cauliflower rice and nutrient-rich Brussels sprouts, all topped with a signature French white wine cream mushroom sauce for a richly layered flavor. The Moomin Red Wine Beef Rice is slow-cooked with natural fruits and vegetables, free from artificial seasonings, delivering the natural sweet and tangy flavors of the produce in every bite.
