The highly popular spicy hotpot chain Haidilao recently announced its expansion into Tainan, exciting fans. Not only is the new Haidilao branch drawing attention, but several other food brands have also recently opened new outlets in Tainan.

The popular Sichuan spicy hotpot chain Haidilao, known for its attentive high-quality service and flavorful Sichuan-style spicy hotpot, has gained widespread recognition. With existing branches in Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Taichung, and Kaohsiung, Haidilao is now reportedly setting up new locations in Zuoying, Kaohsiung, and the West Central District of Tainan.

Japan’s largest affordable conveyor belt sushi chain, Sushiro, quickly expanded across Taipei after first entering Taiwan in 2018. Following the recent opening of its Minquan branch, it has now announced the launch of two new stores at the end of September in
Tainan’s Nanfang Shopping Mall and Anping.

Sushiro, which occasionally offers limited-edition sushi flavors, is beloved by fans of Japanese conveyor belt sushi. The opening of two new branches in Tainan is even more exciting.
