The 2019 Tainan Good Rice Festival will officially take place from October 10 to October 27, and one of the most eye-catching features is a 1.5-hectare paddy field woven into a popular LINE sticker character — Maa Ji Tu (萌兔) rice paddy painting, which is cute and attention-grabbing.

The painted rice paddy is themed around the LINE sticker character “Maa Ji Tu.”
This painted rice paddy is located in Liujia District, Tainan, under the Linfengying Overpass. The adorable Maa Ji Tu takes on the role of an ultra-cute farmer, created using colorful four-tone leaf rice in yellow, green, purple, and white, making it a highlight of the farmland.

A viewing platform has also been set up this time to overlook the beauty of the painted rice paddy.
To allow everyone to enjoy the expansive view of the painted rice paddy, a specially built container viewing platform offers visitors a bird’s-eye view of the full design of the Maa Ji Tu rice paddy artwork. It has become a must-photograph and must-see limited-time attraction during the National Day holiday.
