Located at the old Donggang Pier in Houliau Village, Baisha Township, Penghu, there is a winding seawall that leads to the azure sea. This pier has been abandoned for many years but was accidentally discovered and has since become a popular photo spot in Penghu.

There's another dreamy seascape spot in Penghu, located right across from the entrance of the Penghu Aquarium. The wavy seawall allows travelers to experience the feeling of walking into the center of the sea, surrounded by water.
