Originally private land, the “Taiwan bubble grass” was warmly opened by the landowner for all travelers to visit and take photos for free. However, after large numbers of tourists came to admire the view, much damage was done, so the landowner, unable to bear it any longer, put up fences and announced it would no longer be open.
