The 18th China (Beijing) International RV & Camping Exhibition Opens Grandly in Beijing

On March 12, 2019, the 18th China (Beijing) International RV & Camping Exhibition and the 2019 18th China International RV & Camping Conference, themed "Leading the Future of China's RV Industry," grandly opened at RV World · Beijing RV Expo Center. The opening ceremony was attended by industry leaders, corporate representatives, mainstream domestic and international media, and RV family members, creating a lively atmosphere. The exhibition will run for six days until March 17.

The China (Beijing) International RV & Camping Exhibition has long been committed to serving domestic and international RV and outdoor camping enterprises, building a professional online and offline RV trading platform in China. Having successfully held 17 editions, it has received widespread acclaim from both within and outside the industry over the past decade. In March 2019, the 18th edition once again collaborates with renowned domestic and international RV and outdoor brands, assembling an exceptionally strong lineup of exhibitors. This year’s exhibition covers a total area of over 100,000 square meters, with more than 400 exhibitors, including over 120 RV companies showcasing more than 1,000 RVs, among which over 300 are new models. The estimated number of visitors is expected to reach over 100,000. The China (Beijing) International RV & Camping Exhibition has now become the preferred platform for industry companies to launch their new RV models at the start of each year.

Additionally, globally renowned RV accessory manufacturers such as Dometic, Thetford, Truma, Bigfoot, Yamaha, German Laus, Flenker, and Kojex provide strong backing. Domestic RV accessory companies including Sanqiao, Nwfx, JinXiong, Zhenrong Wood Industry, KME, Ningbo Guangrun, Foshan JinXiong, Meigute, Bafang Ruijie, Anenke, Mobo Technology, Yangneng Lithium Battery, Hongshengda, Zhicheng Auto Products, Heshibei, Yong’an Car Windows, Jincheng Alliance, Meigute, Chengbang Creative, Hongdu, Frost, and Yasiga, among nearly 200 exhibitors, showcase their products together. Moreover, over 30 campsite equipment companies such as Shengdong Wooden Houses, Kuanhe Yima, Yuantai Wooden Houses, Feiyuezhe, Finger Print, PileWorld, Qiuye Di, Tuyelu Camping, and Jiedeng Outdoor create realistic campsite scenes on-site, stunning attendees at the exhibition.

Unlike the previous 17 editions, this exhibition not only starts about a week earlier but also extends the duration to 6 days, divided into Media Day, Professional Visitor Day, and General Visitor Day, catering to different types of audiences. On Professional Visitor Day, we have specially prepared the 21RV Xu Dong Group Purchase for those planning to purchase RVs, where 21RV staff guide prospective buyers to view RVs, provide explanations and answer questions. A dedicated RV test drive area is set up for online users planning to buy, allowing them to experience RVs firsthand. After purchasing, participants can also join the “Lucky Draw for Gifts with RV Purchase” event.

To showcase the achievements of China’s RV camping industry and encourage more Chinese RV companies to keep striving, the exhibition organizing committee, in collaboration with industry associations, manufacturers, and experts, jointly selected the Top 10 Brands of China’s RV Camping Industry for 2018–2019 and the China Annual RV Award for 2018–2019. Additionally, they organized more than 40 engaging industry events, including the “China RV Industry Development Seminar,” “The Soul of Campsites – Cultural Theme Projects and Activities Seminar,” 21RV’s interpretation of “How to Buy an RV That Suits You,” RV Usage Sharing Lectures, RV Modification Sharing Lectures, RV Travel Experience Sharing Lectures, and the 21RV Exhibitor Appreciation Dinner.

Held concurrently with the 18th China (Beijing) International RV & Camping Exhibition is the 2019 18th China International RV & Camping Conference. This camping event saw over 700 RVs arrive on-site and more than 2,000 RV family members in attendance. The RV family gathered together, and during the six-day camping conference, the organizers arranged exciting activities such as the 21RV RV Family Carnival – RV Family Parade, 21RV RV Family Music Festival, 21RV RV Family Secretariat Branch Exchange Meeting, 21RV Wilderness First Aid Science Lecture, and 21RV RV Family Colorful Night, making every attendee feel at home.

According to statistics from 21st Century RV, as of December 31, 2018, the number of RVs in the Chinese market reached 100,458 units, with annual sales of 31,026 units in 2018. Compared to 20,832 units in 2017, RV sales in 2018 increased by 48.9%, marking an impressive achievement. These 31,026 RVs sold include self-propelled RVs, towable RVs, business RVs, tent RVs, and campsite RVs. Among them, the total number of RV registrations nationwide reached 7,521 units, a 66% increase compared to 4,525 units in 2017. At this exhibition, more than 300 brand-new RV models were displayed, treating attendees to a visual feast.
