China's first high-quality live recording music program, *Stage*, premiered its third season on January 10, 2020. This season is hosted by Golden Melody Award-winning music producer Zhang Yadong, and co-produced by Douyin and Sound & Color. With the theme "National Border" and the core concept that "the stage is everywhere," this season invites the most representative music creators to bring their works to the vast frontier, expanding the boundaries of the world and life while showcasing the power of music.

In the first two seasons, audiences listened to Pu Shu’s song *Orion* in Beijing’s Shichahai Park, feeling the beauty that arrives as promised; in youth hostels, they sipped beer that tasted sweeter alongside Henry Lau’s *Open to More*. In *Stage*, every musician turns notes into their own language, weaving their understanding of life into music, and building stages in every corner of the city to deliver warm greetings to the world. In Season 3, the band Mr. Sea Turtle takes the show’s premier sponsor—Jeep Grand Commander—to the uniquely charming and idyllic national border, presenting the full life of borderland towns to viewers.

As the guest band of the first episode of Season 3—Mr. Sea Turtle. As sung in their song *Smile*: "Despite all the hardships and thorns, we still have strength, we still have direction." The destination of this episode is the ancient fishing village of Hushan in Fangchenggang, Guangxi, known as Guangxi’s "sea turtle." The band Mr. Sea Turtle, also embodying the spirit of free exploration and unbounded by limits like their brand partner Jeep, embarks on this journey of "a wandering dragon returning to the sea."

Hushan, the ancient fishing village in Fangchenggang, Guangxi, is a fishing community with a long history on China’s southern border, where generations of fishermen have made their living from the sea.

Mr. Sea Turtle, who navigates various stages with ease, rides in a Jeep that handles diverse terrains just as skillfully. They drive past bustling streets and skyscrapers, smoothly through quiet forests and Ming Dynasty fortresses, before coming into view of the fishing village. The stunning scenery of the village—where the sky meets the water and fishermen return home at sunset with their loads—are all captured for the audience.

Unfamiliar with fishing village life, Mr. Sea Turtle not only goes out to sea and dines with the locals but also reveals their philosophy of life—"life is like a stage"—amid the lively sounds of drinking games and conversations, encouraging everyone to confidently showcase their best selves.

At the end of the episode, with the coastline as their stage and the fishing village behind them facing the sea, Mr. Sea Turtle performs the song *"The Daughter of the Sea"*—composed by two unknown girls and silently recorded by a sea turtle passing the shore—as their closing number. It’s a heartfelt tribute to the coastal town nestled on the national border.

This time, Douyin also provides rich program benefits and promotional resources to bring higher marketing value to both the show and the brand. The brand appears naturally within the show, integrated deeply into the plot, showcasing its features and values through scene placement, effectively boosting brand exposure and winning audience favor. Multiple distribution channels, the show’s main topic, H5 pages, and other joint promotion resources also drive comprehensive traffic to the program, further elevating the brand’s popularity.

Currently, the first episode of *Stage* Season 3 featuring Mr. Sea Turtle is available on platforms such as the Douyin app, Today’s Headlines app, and Xigua Video. Everyone can check these platforms to discover what other exciting stories unfold for Mr. Sea Turtle in the show.

The second episode of *Stage* Season 3, featuring the band Orange Ocean, will also launch in January. Carrying the torch of "British rock" with unmistakable style, Orange Ocean will collide with the refined vibes of Zhuhai and Macau—what kind of sparks will fly? Stay tuned for *Stage: Season 3, National Border*, premiered by Jeep.
