The fish soup at Yu Family Clear Fish Soup is packed with well-prepared qidai (a type of white fish) meat. Thanks to its coastal location, the catch is super fresh—the fish has a firm texture and the broth is sweet and savory. It truly lives up to its name as a “Clear Fish Soup,” it’s that fresh.
