The 2019 De Yuan Pi Dutch Village Windmill Festival this year was themed “Van Gogh Style,” and its specially designed painting exhibition area received rave reviews. Since opening on November 29, the first holiday attracted over 20,000 visitors. Coupled with the cool autumn and winter weather, the nine major highlights of Dutch Village and the “Little Photo Fun with荷宝贝 (Little Treasure)” mini activity are perfect for a stroll and photos.

Walking in through the Rainbow Bridge, visitors are greeted by a large photo wall designed to resemble Van Gogh’s painting “Café Terrace at Night.” The tulips and eco-aesthetic exhibits in the park form their own thematic areas, while the pumpkin carriage and high heels are especially popular with children.

The ribbon umbrella installation art in the embellishment area, as well as the uniquely romantic flower boat of “Starry Night on Water,” have girls stopping to take pictures. Past the flower boat, you’ll see a field of sunflower windmills spinning in the wind; the “Farmland Scenery” exhibition area also attracts more visitors looking to get in the frame.
