SympaTex and the HALTI brand jointly announced their strategic partnership to collaborate on outdoor sports products. SympaTex (Sympatex) will provide its high-quality SympaTex professional fabrics to its partner and ensure excellent service and support for products manufactured by HALTI.
At the 2012 Asia Outdoor Expo, SympaTex showcased HALTI’s flagship autumn/winter products for the first time: the OLHAVA series, FALKBERGET series, and KETARA series. The OLHAVA series is HALTI’s flagship line of waterproof jackets and pants, made with SympaTex 3L laminated fabric offering a waterproof rating of up to 35,000 mm/m² and a breathability of 35,000 grs/m² over 24 hours. The FALKBERGET and KETARA series are HALTI’s softshell jackets and pants, using SympaTex Windmaster material that provides 100% windproofing and excellent breathability—ideal for general outdoor activities. These are also the first products in China to use the SympaTex Windmaster fabric.
Tarja Rantonen, HALTI’s Product Development Director, said in an interview with European media, “The 100% environmentally friendly, waterproof, and windproof performance, along with the recyclable material characteristics, prove that not only do the data reflect SympaTex’s superior craftsmanship, but its eco-friendly philosophy also aligns with HALTI’s sustainability values.”
The Finnish heritage outdoor brand HALTI is currently fully represented by CITIC Group’s CBT Trading Co., Ltd. It is believed that these top-tier products will soon be available to consumers.
