Diving requires considerable physical strength. To help children dive with ease, a Shanghai-based foreign trade company showcased a "youth diving propeller." Staff explained that this device was previously exported only to Europe and America but made its first mainland debut this year—and unexpectedly became a huge hit. The propeller is suitable for youths aged 8 to 15. Users grip the handles and press the button to move forward, releasing it to stop. A single charge powers the device for 1.5 hours and allows diving up to 5 meters underwater.

Can a backpack change colors with temperature and sunlight? It’s not science fiction but the result of cutting-edge technology—a “photochromic UV camouflage backpack.” At first glance, it looks like an ordinary hiking pack, with patterns such as lotus flowers and leaves faintly visible at room temperature. But when exhibitors placed two bottles of chilled drinks near it, the backpack’s color shifted to light gray, then gray, and finally purple in just seconds. Under the sun, the light-colored patterns instantly turned bright red. Staff noted that this outdoor backpack not only caters to consumers’ love for multiple colors but is also eco-friendly—its natural color-shifting avoids dye pollution, and about one-third of the material is made from recycled plastic bottle fibers, making it more durable. This new backpack was launched on the mainland in May and made its public debut here.
