Clorts originates from the combination of “CLIMB” (climbing) and “SPORTS” (sports), breaking through with innovation and exploration, and driven by the belief of “reaching new heights and challenging oneself.” It calls on people to step outdoors, enjoy the happiness of outdoor leisure sports through activities close to nature, and experience the comfortable lifestyle brought by outdoor tech products. This July, Clorts will once again attend the 2013 Asia Outdoor Exhibition. However, at this edition, Clorts will introduce a brand-new outdoor concept — “leisure body” — demonstrating through action that leisure outweighs challenge.
Clorts’ new outdoor philosophy — “Leisure Body”
With the popularization and development of outdoor sports, the traditional concept of outdoor activities — limited to “challenging nature, exploring dangers, and stimulating the self” — has been redefined. Clorts’ new outdoor philosophy no longer focuses solely on adventurous challenges to conquer nature, but rather on integrating oneself into nature, feeling it, and relaxing the self, thereby achieving a form of outdoor lifestyle known as “Leisure Body” that people pursue and love.
To meet people’s needs for outdoor leisure and urban travel, Clorts perfectly blends technology and fashion in product design and manufacturing. Products undergo extremely rigorous and repeated field testing, are made from internationally standardized professional outdoor materials, and feature technological innovations in design with the infusion of new international fashion concepts. Starting from the second half of 2012, Clorts also carried out a comprehensive upgrade in channels and branding. At the same time, there was a significant improvement in product quality and fashion level, further integrating international high-end outdoor footwear production and design resources. An Italian designer team was hired to join Clorts’ All-Weather Outdoor Technology R&D Center, bringing new vitality to Clorts and elevating the brand to a higher level. Now, the new flagship store showroom has been completed, and the heavy-metal-inspired new look breaks away from the conventional style of outdoor gear stores, infusing Clorts with a distinctive sense of luxury.

Korean style + Italian style = bold fashion
It is understood that in 2013, as brand distribution shifts from specialized outdoor stores to shopping malls and department stores, Clorts will launch a brand-new retail image, managed comprehensively by an international professional team. At this exhibition, Clorts hopes to present its brand-new image and strategic plans to partners, and places great emphasis on on-site recruitment. This season’s products incorporate Italian elements on top of the original Korean influence, becoming even more open and fashionable, with bolder color choices. It is reported that currently, Clorts mainly relies on Korean designers while drawing inspiration from design teams in Italy, the UK, Singapore, and other regions, making the products more international. At the same time, Clorts has newly launched GODOVIC, a fast-fashion outdoor travel footwear brand more suitable for the general public’s purchasing power, which will be introduced to the market through outdoor stores and shopping malls.
