New Taipei: The New Taipei City Mountain Climbing Festival will be held on the 22nd in Wugu District. The route goes from the Guanyin Mountain Visitor Center, passes through the Forest Canopy Trail, and ends at Lengyan Pavilion. There will be designated guides at specific points along the way, with four departure times in the morning: 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and 10:30 AM. Along the route, you’ll learn about local specialties such as Guanyin Mountain’s famous green bamboo shoots, the Tough Guy Ridge Trail, Lingyun Temple, and other scenic spots. Participation is welcome and free.
