The popular Taiwanese bobbly grass in Changhua had previously attracted netizens to visit and take photos due to its viral fame, but too many visitors caused damage and litter, which led the landowner to close it in disappointment. Recently, however, the Taiwanese bobbly grass garden has reopened under a new system that charges an admission fee and cleaning fee to help preserve the environment.

The Taiwanese bobbly grass plant is actually the fine-leaved lime tree, and its round, green appearance is super cute. Now that it’s reopened, visitors can enter by paying a NT$50 cleaning fee and will also receive a small potted succulent plant as a token of appreciation—hoping the new system will help protect the plants and the environment.
