A 30-year-old hiker, who successfully reached the summit of Dajian Mountain with a climbing group on the 21st, went missing after getting lost during the descent and remains unaccounted for to this day.
The leader of the hiking group, upon discovering the disappearance of the man surnamed Huang, decided to descend first to report the incident and seek help, as the other team members were only carrying light gear. Authorities immediately dispatched a rescue team to the mountain. Due to current weather conditions, helicopters are unable to land, and search personnel have expanded their search efforts.
