Gushan: A man surnamed Chen with a prior theft record recently found a key on Dengshan Street. Around 3 a.m. on the 19th, he used the key to break into the home of an 85-year-old woman surnamed Lin, who also lives on Dengshan Street, and moved her 42-inch TV back to his own residence. Police reviewed surveillance footage, identified Chen as the suspect, and caught him in the act with the stolen goods on the 19th. He was charged with theft.
