“Taiwan Sightseeing Taxis” overcome the drawbacks of traditional “bus tour groups” that offer only a cursory glance, as well as the time-consuming and exhausting nature of “self-driving tours.” Travelers can be picked up from high-speed rail or train stations and taken to various destinations by “Taiwan Sightseeing Taxis,” allowing for easy exploration of local scenic spots and delicacies. Currently, 36 routes are planned, covering eight major cities: Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Taichung, Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Hualien. This will become a new benchmark for domestic travel and is expected to be the best choice for future independent travel by mainland tourists, with an anticipated 400,000 passengers within two years.

The “Taiwan Sightseeing Taxi” service launched by EasyCard Travel has carefully selected 100 drivers and partnered with Taiwan Taxi, DAAI Taxi, and local fleets. Vehicles must be 2000cc or above, in excellent and clean condition, with drivers having at least five years of experience and no accident records to ensure passenger safety. Drivers also receive additional training for guided tours. Foreign travelers can even pre-book drivers who speak English, Japanese, or Spanish, offering great convenience.
