A third-year university student surnamed Zhang was descending from the main peak of Snow Mountain when he experienced excruciating pain from a hemorrhoid flare-up, making it difficult to walk. His teammates called the fire department for help. After enduring the pain for thirty hours and nearly reaching his limit, an emergency request was made to dispatch a Black Hawk helicopter to evacuate him down the mountain for medical treatment. Doctors warn that untreated hemorrhoidal bleeding can lead to life-threatening sepsis in severe cases.
