Fuji Ping Ancient Trail in Wanli District, located at the back of Yangmingshan National Park, reported around 11:00 AM today that a group of 8 hikers were attacked by bees during their climb. Firefighters are still on their way to assist.
The fire department stated that among the hikers, 3 adults were stung by bees, are conscious, show no signs of allergic reaction, and have expressed fear about returning to the trailhead. The remaining group of 1 adult and 4 children, totaling 5 people, were not attacked. Currently, the fire department is advising the hikers over the phone to wear long-sleeved clothing to avoid further stings, and firefighters have been dispatched to provide assistance.
