Chi-Chi Lights Up: The Thousand-Lantern Blessing Corridor Dazzles

The Chi-Chi Lantern Festival series integrates three cultural elements: the ‘Year of the Rabbit in China,’ the ‘100th Anniversary of the Republic,’ and the ‘Chi-Chi Lantern Festival.’ Innovatively, it uses vibrant ‘floral’ designs to construct the festival’s central lantern, enhanced with rich, dynamic lighting and technological effects to create a main lantern that reflects both local characteristics and widespread appeal. The Chi-Chi Lantern Festival is divided into three main zones: the main lantern area at the Holiday Plaza, the traditional and specialty lantern areas between Junior High School Street and Culture Street, and the religious blessing lantern area along the Old Street. The lights officially illuminate on the evening of February 3rd. During the festival, there will also be a tourist market and Lunar New Year goods stalls, allowing visitors to enjoy the lantern displays while indulging in delicious food and shopping.
