Attention travelers planning to visit Universal Studios Japan!“Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™” has been upgraded with 3D technology to enhance the immersive experience, making the Golden Snitch™ and other elements appear so real you could almost reach out and grab them. Additionally, this summer, the annual highly popular limited-time events “One Piece Premier Show” and “Resident Evil the Real 3” will feature new elements.

In the second year since the opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™” utilizes 3D technology to create a more three-dimensional effect, making elements like the Golden Snitch™ and dragons appear incredibly lifelike and within reach—surpassing last year’s “Magic of the Second Year.” In July, robes for the wizarding world’s immensely popular sport “Quidditch™” will also go on sale. The highly favored “Butterbeer™” will continue last year’s event by introducing a summer-exclusive “Frozen Butterbeer™.”

Furthermore, “Yo-kai Watch the Real” will make its first appearance this summer, and the theme park’s summer attraction “Summer Water Splash Surprise Party” will be amped up with the largest water volume in the park’s history.
