The “2015 Taiwan Summer Solstice 235” series of events kicks off on June 21st. The Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications stated that, in order to highlight summer solstice food and drinks, it has specially partnered with FamilyMart and Tsing Yu Delicious Co., Ltd. for cross-industry collaboration, and will continue to roll out more summer-exclusive activities, travel deals, and food promotions.

This year’s Taiwan Summer Solstice 235 series of events involves a total of 11 organizations, including the Central Weather Bureau and local governments from Chiayi County, Chiayi City, Kaohsiung City, and Taitung County, as well as six national scenic area administrations—Eastern Coastal, Huatung Valley, Alishan, Siraya, Yunlin-Chiayi-Kaohsiung-Tainan, and Penghu—launching 13 activities and warmly inviting people across the country to join in.
