The grilled garlic rosemary ribeye beef featured in this event is made using Prime-grade ribeye steak seasoned with pepper, salt, rosemary, onion, garlic, and other spices, then slow-roasted in an oven at 130°C for about 1.5 hours. The American-style grilled pork ribs are specially selected from premium locally sourced pork in Taiwan, steamed and cooled in the refrigerator for about 4 hours, then marinated overnight in a chef’s special BBQ sauce made with ketchup, fresh garlic, vinegar, Hungarian paprika, chili, and more. They are then quickly grilled at 150°C for 5–10 minutes until the surface is slightly charred, resulting in a crispy, sweet, tangy, and spicy flavor.
