Sungrace, the vegetarian brand under the Din Tai Fung Group, is celebrating its 5th anniversary by launching a wide range of new, seasonal, and eye-catching dishes, updating nearly 70% of its menu. It continues to emphasize the use of a variety of colorful vegetables and fruits and Western cooking techniques. Highlights include the eye-catching “Clover Pizza,” the refreshing and appetizing “Spicy Mountain Truffle Cold Noodles,” the bear-shaped “Almond Coffee Jelly,” and the egg tofu pudding “When Red Beans Meet Soybeans.”

The Sichuan peppercorns enhance the aroma and stimulate the taste buds, while the cool noodles, smooth sauce, and specially prepared lion’s mane mushrooms are sure to whet your appetite.
