The Pinglin Tea Museum in New Taipei, which has a history of over 20 years, has reopened after a year of renovation. The new museum features“Tea Classics in Pinglin – A Special Exhibition on Pinglin Tea Culture”and“A Journey in Search of Tea – A Special Exhibition on British Tea Culture”, allowing visitors to experience the allure of tea culture together with family and friends amidst the aroma of tea.

Lin Kuan-yu, Director of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, stated that the city government has specially reinterpreted this industry museum born in a tea-producing region through fashionable and creative design. Visitors will be able to delve deeper into the local tea culture, elevating tea tasting, appreciation, and love to a new level, transforming it into a trendy, artistic, and cultural enjoyment.

Private Car
1. From Taipei via Xindian, take Provincial Highway 9 to Kilometer 37.5 of Beiyi Highway to arrive.
2. From Yilan via Provincial Highway 9 through Jiaoxi, go straight along Beiyi Highway to Kilometer 37.5 to arrive.
3. Take National Freeway 5 (Beiyi Expressway), exit at Shiding Interchange, connect to County Road 106B, and go straight to arrive.
4. Exit at Pinglin Interchange on National Freeway 5, head toward the city area, pass the blue arch bridge and turn right.
